Mastering Project Risk Management (Mozambique)

In this 3 day PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT course, you will learn how to practice risk management effectively in line with the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards, as described in the 5th edition of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). The contents of the course also consider new emergent concepts forthcoming in the sixth edition of the PMBOK. While being a training course, the approach adopted is practical and action-oriented, introducing the participants to proven tools and techniques. The course provides a rich blend of soft issues related to the strategic management of risks, and hard processes techniques that ensure a formal integrated approach to project risk management. Our expert facilitator has extensive qualifications and experience in the field of project management on a global scale.
