Amalia Lui, Partner, Go2Experts

Amalia Lui (ll.b & ll.m) is a practicing Advocate with eleven years’ experience in the legal sector. She was admitted to the Tanzania bar in the year 2011 and has a total of nine years’ experience post admission. She has extensive experience in dealing with complex legal matters including contract drafting and review, legal compliance and licensing, due diligence and project advisory, mergers & acquisitions, competition and restructuring. During her career, she has worked at an international law firm in London and collaborated with international law firms in the UAE, South Africa & France on various projects. In addition, she has done a considerable number of cross border transactions within and outside the EA region. She has good working relationship with numerous government authorities and has reliable contacts. Aside from her experience in the legal sector, she dedicates her spare time in training the youth on career choices and provides legal aid to indigent women in relation to matrimonial and inheritance matters.

Laurian Justinian, Executive Director: Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR), EY Tanzania

Laurian is an Executive Director in the Tax Service Line at EY Tanzania with more than 30 years tax experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-PP) and  a member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from the University of Dar-es-Salaam and a Postgraduate diploma in Tax Administration from the Institute of Finance Management, Dar-Es-Salaam. 

Eliya Nkerebuka, Manager: Business Tax Advisory Services, EY Tanzania

Eliya is a Manager specializing in Business Tax Advisory services. He has more than 6 years experience providing tax advisory services in Tanzania and Kenya. Eliya spent 6 months on a secondment at EY Nairobi in Kenya. He holds a Master Degree in Tax Law from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and a Bachelor Degree in Law from Mzumbe University, Tanzania. He is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) and a registered Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.
