This Foundations in Occupational Health and Safety Masterclass is designed to equip HR Practitioners and Line Managers with the essential knowledge and practical tools to manage health and safety in the workplace effectively. The Masterclass explores the fundamental principles of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), the legal framework governing it in Zambia, and the critical role of management in fostering a culture of safety.

This is a basic to intermediate level course. Not for advanced health and safety professionals.

• 21 hours of classes, divided into 3 days 

Learning assessment

• Assessment is done through classroom participation and practical exercises and tests to be taken at the end of the course.
• Only students who take the tests will be issued certificates of participation in the course
