Muchimwa Muchimweni Mbulo

Muchimwa is an associate in the Corporate Advisory Department of Chibesakunda & Co. in Lusaka, Zambia. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Law (Bcom Law) degree and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degreeMuchimwa joined Chibesakunda & Co. in 2019 as an Associate before which she was Council Advocate/Associate Director Legal Services at Kasama Municipal Council in 2019. She was also an Associate at Isaac and Partners from 2018 to 2019 and a Legal Assistant at Muya and Company Legal Practitioners in 2016.

Eleazar (Robin) Durairajah

Robin Durairajah has significant experience in legal advisory work in energy, company law, securities law, financial regulatory, public private partnerships banking law, taxation, and general commercial law in Zambia.  Robin, head of department for a practice group including Corporate Advisory, Energy, Tax, Aviation, Capital Markets and Corporate Distress/Reorganisations. He joined Chibesakunda & Co. from inception in 2006. 

Karen Mutale

Karen is an associate in the Mining and Conveyancing Department of Chibesakunda & Co. in Lusaka Zambia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Lusaka (UNILUS). Karen joined Chibesakunda & Co. in 2017 as an intern whilst still pursuing her law degree, working during her semester breaks only. Upon completion of her studies, she joined the firm in 2018 on attachment as a Learner Legal Practitioner whilst attending bar school and preparing for the bar exams. She is now a qualified Legal Practitioner and is an Associate.

Chilombo Kambole Malama

Chilombo Kambole Malama is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate and Mining Departments of Chibesakunda & Co. in Lusaka, Zambia. Chilombo holds a bachelor of laws (LLB) degree from the University of Zambia, a master of laws degree in commercial law (LLM) from the University of Cape Town and is an advocate of the High Court for Zambia. Chilombo’s work experience has included conducting due diligence investigations and preparing of due diligence reports, conveyancing, facilitating mine companies entry into the Zambian market, structuring of mining transactions and joint venture agreements, and employment law.
