DESIGNED FOR THE FOLLOWING JOB FUNCTIONS, ACROSS ALL INDUSTRIES:
Zambia's mining industry is a cornerstone of the national economy, contributing significantly to the country's GDP and employment. With its rich deposits of copper, cobalt, and other minerals, Zambia attracts substantial investment from both local and international players. However, the mining sector is heavily regulated, requiring comprehensive knowledge of a complex legal framework to ensure compliance and sustainable operations. The evolving regulatory landscape, driven by environmental concerns, social responsibility, and global market dynamics, further underscores the need for a thorough understanding of Zambia's mining laws. This masterclass is designed to equip stakeholders with the necessary legal and practical knowledge to navigate these complexities effectively.
Against this backdrop, the Zambia Mining and Tax Law Masterclass serves as a platform for stakeholders to delve into the intricacies of the mining and tax laws and regulations.
