However, harnessing this potential requires a complete understanding of the regulatory frameworks governing the industry.

In recent years, Zimbabwe has embarked on a path of reform aimed at enhancing transparency, accountability, and sustainability within its mining sector. This includes revisions to existing legislation such as the Mines and Minerals Act and efforts to streamline administrative processes for mining rights and permits. Additionally, initiatives to promote local participation and empowerment, as outlined in the Indigenization and Economic Empowerment Act, have reshaped the landscape of mining investment in the country.

Against this backdrop, the Zimbabwe Mining Law Masterclass serves as a platform for stakeholders to delve into the intricacies of mining law and regulation. By dissecting key statutes, exploring best practices, and sharing practical insights, this event aims to empower participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of the  industry.
